Hive Mind is an RPG where you and your friends play as leaders of a swarm of creatures with a shared consciousness, whether bees, nanite swarms, a group of psychic parasites, an intelligent computer virus, a demonic horde, or all-devouring aliens. Create your hive, castes, and characters; every aspect of your hive mind and the creatures that comprise it can be customized, enabling many unique ways to play. Then direct your swarm as it explores, grows, evolves, assimilates, and expands!
Forge alliances, build fortresses, gather resources, expand your reach, and explore across any land you can think of. From fantasy worlds where you must contend with dragons and monsters, lost continents, cyberpunk dystopias, digital landscapes, mind bending realms, mining stations on the edge of frontier space, underwater cities, or even the stone age, nowhere is off-limits to your hive.

Hive Mind uses a d10 dice pool system that allows for flexible strategy and exploding dice for amazing highs and dramatic lows! The Hive Development system lets you decide what to build and how to lay out your domain including traps, farms, defenses, and even housing. Hive Mind also features the unique "Hive Meeting" mechanic, a deep but fast and flexible way for players to make cooperative decisions about the objectives of the hive while time stops in the game world.

Currently in active development with multiple pdfs in progress. I'd like to finish the Main Rule Book before I continue working on the VaSR or Bestiary. I still need to finish working on the current stat blocks in the Bestiary since I last went through and added entries. I will go through the bestiary and change damage values after I get the item system sorted out.

Hey I'm still keeping up with this man. I love the idea.

Good to hear! Progress has been slow going due to life. I've been working on the Item system (mostly lots of tedious data entry and formatting), went through and redid calculations for the current bestiary as well as added in a bunch of placeholder entries for later detailing, and have the skeleton of the psionic system done with only powers needing to be statted out and more ideas come up with.

There is progress though.

Well hey if you need help or ideas I'm more than available.

Nevermind. I was confused by the file names

So where is the rule book?
